“Putting Faces to the Names” – GM/CEO,National Theatre, Mrs Akerele Formally Meets Staff

In what she describes as an attempt to put “faces to the names of staff’, the GM of National Theatre Mrs Tola Akerele held series of meetings at departmental levels with the staff. The meeting with the staff of the organisation started last week and concluded today with units directly under the GM/CEO. Mrs Akerele commended the tenacity and the staying power of the staff who have continued to deliver services despite the inconvenience which the renovation of the iconic treasure has brought to their operations.

The GM has started to ease the difficulty by making moves which have started to uplift the spirits of the staff.

The staff were allowed to make observations about how to have a better and improved National Theatre.

Mrs Tola Akerele promised to have more of such engagements at the unit levels for more robust engagements:
