The Organizers of Ebira Unity TV honoured the Erudite Scholar of Theatre Arts, Theatre Technology and Performance Aestetics, Prof Sunday Enessi Ododo fsonta FNL, the GM/CEO, National Theatre. The Leadership Award in honour of the GM/CEO for his immense and laudable contribution to the development of Theatre Arts in Nigeria was received with encomium from all and soundry as timely and well deserved. This was during the unveiling and launching of Ebira Unity Television (EUT), today the 20th February, 2021, at the NICON Luxury Hotels Garki Abuja. The Ebira Unity TV, is a television broadcast that came to limelight in March, 2020 as a global outreach for all Ebiras both locally and in diaspora.
The Organizers of the event in their wisdom deemed it necessary to recognise and honour the sons and daughters of Ebira Nation who have in one way or the other made the ethnic nationality proud in their respective fields of human endeavours. The GM who was fully onground saw the initiative as a welcomed development geared towards further unity and social cohesion amongst the Ebira speaking entity that spans across six states and the FCT in Nigeria. In the entourage of the GM/CEO was an Assistant Director, Mrs Ayo, Mr MM Onotu and a host of friends of the GM/CEO, Prof. Sunday Enessi Ododo, fsonta FNL.
