On the 16th of April, 2023. RAINBOW HALL OF FAME AWARDS (RAHFA 2023) was graced by a team of officials of the National Theatre led by the GM/CEO Prof. Sunday Ododo who received an award for being an ICONIC AND MOST IMPACTFUL AFRICAN THEATRE ARTS PRACTITIONER OF THE YEAR.
Prof. Ododo also happened to be the Chief launcher of the 9th edition of the Rainbow Magazine. He identified with the publisher for his commitment to honour people who have done well in their fields, adding that the achievements of the awardees captured in the magazine would be an inspiration to young ones. Mr Niyi Johnson the publisher of Rainbow magazine reiterated that the magazine is nine years old, just like nine months of conception
Prof. Ododo states how much he values and appreciates the award giving that there’s no price tag to it as it is an award of honour and value as he dedicates the award to Lai Mohammed – Minister of Information and Culture of Nigeria for giving him the opportunity to serve his country and showcase his talent.The GM also presented awards to other awardees.
Important personalities and captains of industries who were awardees were in attendance like; High Chief Akinola Disu – Father of the day; Mr Kayode Ajala; Mrs Shola Richard; Eno Udo; Dr Faith Ajiboye amongst others.
