Titled “Change Management in the National Theatre: Understanding the Key Players “, the second batch of staff training declared as business clinic which was earlier delivered by Prof. E.S. Dandaura, PhD, fsonta, MNAL, MNIPR was re-presented to another set of the National Theatre staff.
The presenter took a cursory look at the Complexity of Change Management, Project vs Change Management, the The Character of Change Management amongst others.
The GM/CEO who gave the opening remarks also promised to continue this excellent act of capacity building; making every staff an agent of change for positive contributions.
