Main Hall
The design is suggestive of the traditional arena-type stage unique to Africa. This hall is capable of sitting 5,000 people. It has a collapsible stage and an auditorium. When in proscenium, the hall has the capacity of 3,500 seats. The cinema screen in the hall is fixed at the ceiling and can be lowered by remote control. The stage has three rows of curtains, a backdrop and double cyclorama for creating silhouette effects, etc. It is easily amenable to any directional concept.
- The hall is ideal for major musical concerts, drama, film shows, etc.
- Could handle indoor sporting activities like tennis, wrestling, boxing

Conference/Banquet Hall
Specially designed and equipped for conferences and banquets of international standard, with a capacity of 1,500 seats (1,800 without tables). It also has a facility which is capable of interpreting eight languages simultaneously. Other facilities include:
- the proscenium stage and excellent lighting equipment for drama, music, dance, receptions and meetings.

Exhibition Halls 1&2
There are two (2) large Exhibition Halls; each covering an area of about 1,830 square meters and with a seating capacity of 1,500 – 1,800. They are capable of accommodating large scale exhibitions and are equipped with lighting and sound facilities.
- Both halls also have facilities for shows and stage productions.

Cinema Halls 1&2
The two (2) Cinema Halls have Green Rooms and are excellent for dance, drama, musical shows, conferences, seminars and cinemas.
